UNWIND CAFE OPENING

For several months we saw a lot of movement, swapping of venues etc. in the club house.

First there was the decision to move the cafe to what was the MPH. Then the relocation of the unWind Library, sofas, chairs and tables. 

​

Slowly and steadily, we saw kitchen equipment being bought in and set up.

It took  all of 6 months to get the kitchen up and running and the menu to be whetted, edited and finalised.

True to their word that the cafe would be operational before April 2023, unWind Cafe 2.0 opened with great gusto and fanfare on the 31st March 2023!

Congratulations to Ajay Nagarajan, CEO, Mandaar, the corporate chef, Nitin the consultant chef and Anuj the sous chef. A great deal of professionalism, research and toil went into setting the  cafe up to such an outstanding standard.

It is a big boon to the community.

The inauguration saw a massive turn out. To add to the flavour of the evening our in-house musicians kept us enthralled with their renditions of familiar numbers. Luke, Caroline & Hardik helped organise and Bhagya graciously lent audio equipment for the show.

​

The evening was a total riot! Delectable food, bustling service, classy ambience, stunning pool-side views, enthusiastic attendance, peppy music, impromptu dancing…all amply peppered with good cheer!

We couldn’t ask for more!

Now lets make use of the Cafe and other great amenities like the Rewind Theatre, the pools, gym etc etc……and live the Windmills life to the fullest!!
